I booked my holiday through Eclipse Holidays online yesterday. The website stated that I would recieve email confirmation of the booking, however, as of yet, I still havent recieved anything. Should I be worried?
Simple answer either ring them or email them stating you have not received your confirmation.
Earlier this year I booked some tickets for NEC - when I rang them I found out a computer glitch had corrupted my email address. These things do happen at times.
