Hi there tankard, i'm not sure where u would find the brewery as i spent most of my time studying the drink in my local bars hehe, but i was looking on google earth and found i can get a route from that, i would post u the link but this forum wont let me until after 7 days and im sure u wil be heading home then which is unfortunate.
If you can get to download and use free from google earth site it is some help as arial photography is a bonus, once in Rethimnon you wil find the greeks friendly enough to ask the last stage of where to find the brewery, and if your lucky they will pop inside your vehicle and literally take you there like i once experience getting lost lol, hope this helps.
