Hi all

Thanks for replies, still havn't had a reply but I live in hope.

I have another gripe with Thomson, don't know if anyone else has had the same, when I checked my invoice I noticed they had charged me a fuel supplement of £25.00 each (£50.00) so I rang them as they advertise ' the only holiday company to have no fuel supplements'.
I was told that because I booked our holiday last October I would still be charged as they didn't know then what the market would be like. I think that this is unfair, the idea of booking early is to make sure you get what you want. I would have thought it would have been in Thomsons interest for the futire to make some concessions and after losing our seaview room and now the fuel supllement I don't think I will be using Thomson again.
What do you all think?

Did not notice anything on my booking form will have a look and let you know.Weather very warm now will give a review when I get home.

we got our email reply within 48 hours ! don't know if because we are returning guests that we got it so quick !
just had a look on our final invoice from thomsons, we booked our holiday last august and we have got fuel supplement on ours of £25.00 pp.

Just returned from Bonamar this afternoon Lovely hotel very clean and hotel staff friendly Food was good but sometimes i think could be a little warmer.
I really enjoyed Cala bona everyone one is saying how quiet the resort is at the moment. It was okay for me but most of bars and restaurants were empty I am sure the people who are going to the Bonamar should not worry as they will enjoy this hotel.

lou26chris We are going to this hotel 3 July and received our tickets this morning.On our invoice it still shows a sea view room still booked.I have not received any refund as yet and am wondering if this is an overbooking of sea view rooms for some holidays on Thomson,s part?

we have also received our tickets which was a couple of days ago.
in the booklet where it says accommodation l it says limited sea view room..........which is what we had paid for in the begining.
when i had phoned up thomsons helpline i was told that the reason for a refund was that we had paid for a room for 3 people but now we are still getting a sea view room but for 2 instead. ( i think the difference is cot space........which we don't need anyway ) but i was told that we still have our sea view room.
the reception at the bonamar have noted our exact room number request and are going to try to give it to us.
to be honest except for sleeping and showering in we don't spend much time at all in our hotel room it will be a bonus if we do get it.
so we are going to be at the bonamar at the same time ?
we fly out 3 weeks today and hopefully we should be at the hotel now !!!
lets just hope we don't encounter the same problems as last year where we were bussed down to gatwick from luton and arrived about 5 hours late !!!

oh i can't wait really starting to get very excited and really looking forward to seeing all our holiday friends that we have made there is about 15 of us that are retuning guests and all going to be there together.
