I am going 2 tenerife at the end of this month, i have read some reports that state many of the pubs/clubs r now none smoking. As i am going as part of a group, in which some smoke i was wondering if anybody has been recently and if this was the case.
p.s we r staying in playa de las amercias. thanks.
Upon our visits to mary rogans, temple bar, bulls head and others which were non smoking.
Our friends just go and sit outside and smoke.
yea some do and some dont.... most of the "club" like places allow smoking.... yates's, edwards, wigan pier dont.... but as chris said its lovely and warm to go outside on the terrace or whatever.
I have been several times since the smoking stopped and not had a problem.
PS Dont even think of trying to smoke a crafty cig in the airport, you will be jumped on by security. They are very hot on that!
I think that pubs etc.over a certain size, have to be non smoking,
you will now notice that a lot of bars dont adhere to these regs, and a lot of bars did, but reverted back to the old regs.
the law is what is says....... its not enforced much...... and bars can either adhere to these laws, or not... and pay the consequences later.... if there are any.
Thanks everybody 4 ur reports. Like u say they will just have 2 go outside! HA!
