Here in England, I'm sure you're all aware of the new rule brought in not so long ago regarding child seats. Is this requirement just a British one, or European one?
Just so I know, as I am considering hiring a car, and have a three year old in tow!
When you hire a car in Mallorca you always can hire a child seat, as far as i know it is not (yet) a rule in Spain.

Hiya,
Just come back from Alcudia. Booked car before we went and they had allsorts of car seats ouside their picking up point. That was in the airport, I am sure if you let them know you require a car seat there wont be a problem.

Don't book your car seat through the hire company. It is a rip off. We drove to the hypermarket just rounf the corner from the airport and bought a booster set for 8 Euro. The car hire company wanted 3 euro a day!
