seen a offer on ebay to stay at the president hotel spinola bay st julians.
can any one give me any information on this hotel and spinola bay.
have been to malta many times but do not know this hotel.

For your info, I've just posted a review on this hotel. Go read, but generally I was impressed, espceicially with the boss who was very friendly and professional.
