Some friends of ours stay there each year and love it.
as far as I know it books up very quickly with repeat visitors so best not to hang around too long!

I THINK (stress think) its around £20 per night during Feb, but not sure.
They get a special deal with being regulars but the above is what I was quoted last season for this year (2012)
Don't know if that includes air conditioning but guess so at that price.
It's in a good location though and looks nice from the outside.

It's a lovely place in a good spot but far from cheap. The price I was quoted was 1800rps per night about 3 yrs ago.

I had a look in Pretty Petals last year whilst looking for alternative accomodation after 1 night in the Coqueiral. Very nice indeed, i was shown one of the smaller ground floor rooms and it was spotless. Very bright and cheerfull and when i asked about a larger room i was told one would be available after 2 days. Im not 100% on this but i think i was quoted 1300rps for small room and 1500rps for the large room. The only thing i didnt like about it was the small lane i would have to travel down each night to get home. I checked out a few other places and was just about to go back to Pretty Petals to barter/accept the price for the room when i came across the Horizon View. In my opinion this was in a better location and also at 1250rps was a little cheaper. Well being a canny scot you know the outcome :D Liked the Horizon so much were going back in March again for 3 weeks. Even managed to get it cheaper :cheers 1000rps per night :clap 98 sleeps, bring it on !

Stayed at Pretty Petals a couple of years ago first class, yes its situated in a quiet lane but close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants and the HT wednesday meeting. Ground Floor rooms are cheaper than the first floor which are slightly larger and are airconditioned. :tup

I think you may find it difficult to get booked in there - it always fills up early with regulars. :think

Re Horizon View - it's on one of the busiest corners in Candolim and the rooms are above a bar.

Pretty Petals is in a far nicer location - quiet and secluded with a beautiful garden. :tup http://www.prettypetalsgoa.com/frontview11gif.gif

the bar is only at one end with all the rooms behind. The bar is never that busy that you would be troubled with any noise. Stayed here last March and we are returning next March. Bring it on,its bl##dy freezing up ere

Yup, thats true. We stayed at 'Horizon View' 2 years ago - the last 5 days of our 7 week holiday - in a room facing the pool. The bar was out front.
