With the poor Euro exchange rate have the prices in the resorts come down in price?
You would think that all the bars and cafes will all have to compete a lot harder for our bussiness so im hoping the prices have gone down.
Im arriving 9th May so hopefully the pound has continued its upward spiral against the €! But im not holding my breath
Anybody just been over the Easter hols?

average 2 adult and 2 kids meals cost us about 30 euro including 4 drinks, thats just for the main meal, doesnt facter in brekkie, snacks, drinks at bars ect.
Everyones idea of a bargain is different but for us it wasnt that cheap, and didnt think they were competing with each other at all.

its on the uk people with the crap rate, so the rest of the europeans on holiday still pay the same prices, so no real need to compete for the british tourist too hard,, sadly
30 Euros for 4 people including drinks thats not bad for a main meal not bad at all
30 Euros for a meal for 4 including drinks doesn't seem bad for a main meal. As for snacks, Breakfast etc, then there are Supermarkets not far from Magalluf / Palma Nova where you can buy ingredients for snacks, Breakfasts etc at not far off (sometimes cheaper than) you'd pay in UK. Would you eat out in UK up to 3 times a day?
It's still possible to buy Breakfast for less than 3 euros, and main meals for 5 euros, so I think the prices are reasonable, not least when you realise that the Germans, French, Irish etc have not had their own currency plummet, as you have in UK. It's really not the fault of Spanish businesses that the pound is so weak!
