Get it sorted lad as I'm looking forward to reading your report. I've never come across that problem, I've always just gone straight into Hotel Reports, found the hotel I stayed at and posted, with no mention of 'anti spam' I hope you had a good holiday anyway and don't worry, the sun (or the wine) hasn't addled your brain, 7+2 is still 9.
P.S. I've just done a dummy run and it works OK for me. Go into the Hotel Reviews, Tunisia, click on the hotel, click that you accept the terms and conditions and a form comes up for you to fill in. After doing that you can continue with a report on the resort if you feel like it. Best of luck - we're waiting!!!

Happymakem, I am really sorry but we seem to be having issues with the anti spam measure. We are waiting for Van to come online and sort it out, unfortuanately he has had two berevaments in the family.

Can I suggest that you save your review in word and then either wait for Van to sort it out or forward it to one of the team to submit for you.

i have tried twice to add a review for the aladdin beach resort in hurghada. both times i have tried and after reams of typing, when i get to the anti spam sum to solve it keeps telling me the answer is wrong and so my review can not be added.

Lotty we are experiencing problems with the antispam measure. Did you save your review in word? I do apologise, I understand how much work you must put into your review.

Same here.... spent a fair old time writing about a hotel in Thailand. 0 divided by 4 = 0 ? Tried lots of answers but didn't go anywhere. I suppose it is antispam if it stops genuine contributors posting info via email. Needs fixing. And I might add not very user friendly to people with accessibility problems i.e. eyesight. Might be best to put the antspam section first, at least then I'd know whether it's worth while bashing away at the keyboard.

Wonder how many other people just walk away and you don't know it's broke?

Have alerted Van to the problem. We are still getting reviews in so it looks as though it's hit and miss

I'm not too sure where you get the "divided" by from, but the CAPCHA puzzle is an addition type puzzle.

It was definately a divide by sign (I actually got the magnifying glass out to check that I was seeing what I thought I was - it was a bit poorly defined) but just in case I did also try adding as well plus 101 other combinations...ok not that many but certainly more than a few goes to try and get it to send and it was just a no go....after all how many possible answers are there using just 0 and 4.

Certainly one of the worse anti bot devices I've ever used mainly because it is that set of numbers or nothing. Most site change at least once just in case the characters are troublesome for the user. And the daft part of it was... it didn't lock me out from having lots of goes (maybe it did but never told me!). I'm certain I could have been going all night.

should be.. temporarily we have removed the security sum which was causing problems, once your review has been uploaded it will sit out of view till admin authorise it
