Roughly how long does it take to approve a review ? .....I submitted one yesterday afternoon (Ginn Reunion Resort in America) and the review section indicates a new review (ie a sun is shining next to it) but no review is listed ??......I'm not meaning to hassle you, but merely curious as to roughly how long the process takes, and whether something is wrong if the 'shining sun' is there but the review has not appeared ?
Someone else has contacted to say theres isnt there too.

Actually, I think the same happened a few weeks ago when I submitted a Disney Magic cruise review .....that is there now though.

I posted a review on the Thomson Celebration Cruise, as someone had posted quite a rude review, containing quite a few swear words about the same cruise i had just returned from I was quite surprised that HIS review got throught the mod process (I am a mod on another holiday forum so know the score), so posted a nice gentle post in reponse......
yet mine has never appeared! I do feel a little affronted that my post has been ignored whereas his, containing many non pc generalisations and swearwords was allowed? Whats going on?
I thought at first it might be because I dont have many posts under my belt...which is wrong anyway as I lost my identity when the site changed over last year....so had to re-join
Hopefully some kind admin member will have a look for me and see what occurring
Things are rather fraught for some of the team at the moment but I'm sure a member of admin will look at this as soon as they can. I would do but it's all way beyond me!

I have submitted a review of Hotel Medano Tenerife, together with a resort report. Neither have been posted. Why is this?
We are having problems with reviews at the moment. Did you answer a security question?

Have just wrote a review but the anti spam is not clear at all (not sure if I am being really dense )
Starry, we are having problems with the antispam measure, Van will need to fix it, but is unfortunately away from us at the moment due to family bereavement. All I can do is apologise if you have lost your review and ask that if you have time to type and save it into word before resubmitting it.

I had the same thing Lesley . See my post above . It took me a few goes to get an anti spam that I could nearly make out .
I think I have the same problem did a review and not showing,can you please let me know when you are A1 and I will resubmit
Spent ages writing Hotel Medano Tenerife and resort report. answered spam 2+5 = 7. told wrong answer.
Have brought this to your attention before.
Let me know when its sorted or do I need further mathmatics tuition.

Can you try once more please but this time if you type it in Word first and then copy and paste it on to the reviews. If this fails, let us know and we will get your review there for you- promise
