I am having problems with my forthcoming holiday booked with You hotels via 2bookaholiday.com
I booked a Nile Cruise last May which I found on the travel zoo weekly Email... The link took me to 2bookaholiday.com. where I booked the deal (flights are with easyjet and the accomodation the MS Emely is supplied by You hotels.
All was good or so I thought until reading on another forum last weekend that the MS Emely has not been in service for over a year butYou Hotels are not advising their customers of this until they are in resort... They arre then told that they will be on another boat... The majority of people have been put on aboat called the Esadora which has been far from satisfactory.
I have rung and emailed both 2bookaholiday.com and You Travel a number of times but You Hotels will not admit that this boat is no longer in service.
Any advice as to where I stand

What I can tell you though is the MS Emely cruise boat and it's lack of sailing has been well documented since the middle of last year (2012). I was sailing on another boat MS Serenade in August 2012 and was looking for information which I found lots of on TripAdvisor in the 2 months before we sailed.
Many people since then have reported the MS Emely is a wreck and moored in Luxor and has been for some time so depending when you booked, you may have some comeback in that YouHotels who are the supplier for the MS Emely knew all along the boat was not going to sail anywhere in a long time.
