Tried to book a TWIN quad bike with CADIANDA turkey all smiles when booking but we were given a single seater clearly marked as such , a group of us refused to use these bikes as to do so would be unsafe on several levels , we were driven back to town and told we can have a refund but the CADIANDA booking office refused .... Expensive lesson they know I could not push this as I am a holiday maker ... Attempts to contact the company receive no reply either after all they have my money
When did you return from holiday? Have you tried to contact them since your return?
I am still on holiday , they don't care I am going home tomorrow they have my money what can I do ? .... Nothing .... Except make posts like this
Presumably you paid in cash so no chance of taking it up with a card company?
