Hi. Do you mean new reservations system? If so, sadly not. Good to know there are other agents on here too!
Back on topic.
So, looks like the tour ops have had a great season. for the last weeks in August I would say 95% was sold out. There are a few deals left for into October/end september, but the usual end of season destinations (cyprus/canaries/egypt/morocco) are really holding out price-wise. If you dont like the prices and want a tan this winter I think it may be a good time to book a self tanning course at your local salon, everyone. I know I'm going to.
I'm sure the travel papers will be full of news regarding the season end very soon and if there is anything significant I will be reporting back.
Years ago I used to book with the company I'm guessing AgentQ represents, and they were indeed extremely co-operative in helping me get a decent price for where I wanted to go. For the past few years however I have booked independently, mainly because I could put together the flights and accommodation I wanted and often avoid the excessive single supplements that companies add on. I've also found that flights with BA have invariably worked out considerably cheaper, at least to Tunisia, saving me over £100 for next month and even more for next spring when compared to Thomas Cook, Thomsons, etc. Obviously I don't blame the agents for this as they don't set the prices but it is the t/o's who run the risk of pricing themselves out of the market
I meant system as in Travelcat or TARSC
First choice have got some cracking deals to Majorca and the Costa Del Sol in October. Cheapest prices from Gatwick. Have just quoted family of 4, 7 nts 4 Star SC, but with AI drinks on 14 oct for less than 170pp.
We do like AI because of the fact that we don't need to carry money to quench our thirst as much as not having to bother to go food hunting, so how does a SC holiday work with the drinks package? Is it alcohol only etc? Just something I have not come across before.
Thanks - ( we are still looking for a cheap holiday this year!)
I always research my holidays on the web and find the best price, but then I go to My local Travelcare,(now Cooperative travel) and they have never failed yet to beat the web price.I also get a reduction for having a Coop card and also get loyalty points!
Slightly off topic unless it is the school holidays, but how does that work then AgentQ?

It does exactly what it says on the tin.
Drinks are included from 9 am to midnight, soft drinks, locally produced wine, beer, etc. Kids get their pop and icecream and I think crisps and stuff too. If you want to have a look it's the Club Del Sol in Puerto Pollensa. Looks smashing for a cheap week away. I'm stuck to school holidays so I cant take advantage. That price was based on 4 share, natch, and it's cheaper to price the kids as adults.
We have done AI for the last few years and while we always feel we are "getting our money's worth" with the drinks, we usually get fed up of hotel food after a few days. The option to sort out your own mealtimes but still have unlimited drinks round the pool and in the bar at night is very appealing. I'm surprised a few more places don't do it.
I have also seen it offered at the Caleta Garden in Fuerteventura, you have to book SC and upgrade to the drinks package when you get there.
Thanks for the info AgentQ. The location of that one is not right for us, but it is an interesting option I have not come across before.
