hi i have never stayed in a villa but have booked a lot of private appartments in ovaick, from sites like holiday, lettings and owners direct. i have never had any problems at all i realy like it as you can ask all the silly questions you can think of before you decide, we usually stay on a small complex called grena, which is very close to the orca complex which looks lovely. this year there was 13 of us so we had 3 large appartments hope you can find what your looking for let me know if i can help at all

Hi, my mate has a 7 bedroom villa in Ovacik and it is rented out constantly to people with no problems. I can see your concern about putting money into a strangers bank account but if you go through a recognised site like Owners Direct you should be ok.
