Is it Puerto Rico beach?.If so then you can get a cheap pint in the Harbour Lights.The Irish pub next to it which I think is Crock of Gold is also quite good.Also on the bottom level I am sure I seen a couple of the restaurants offering a pint for 1.5 euros.Also all the bar/restaurants at the beach side have been knocked down as they did not have planning permission.Hope this helps.If you need any more info then just ask.I have only just returned and had a great time.

Thanks for that - yes Puerto Rico main beach - nice around 3PM to walk across the beach for a quick pint - last year FatCat which was a favorite watering hole..
