We're after some recommendations for which Island, apartments and resorts.
My father-in-law is in his late 70's and not in the best of health. We are wanting to go away for a week next March to the Canaries. FIL isn't good on his feet, so we don't want many hills. He's also set in his ways, so we want to be near a English Pub, which serves John Smiths (or something like that), so he can pootle himself off to the pub in an afternoon, where he can get himself a few pints and a traditional English tea. And stagger back to the apartment, so it has to be close-by.
We need self-catering apartments, one and two bedrooms, because we need a separate apartment for him, as he keeps unusual hours.
Thanks. x
(Sorry if this is repeated on the other canaries pages)
Caleta de fuste here is very flat and most apartments are in the centre. Make sure you don't go to either Fuertesol, Montecastillo or Caleta Dorada as they are up a hill. Check how near from the centre you will be before you book. Plenty of british bars, restaurants etc and no youngsters making a noise.
Thanks, gives me some ideas.
