Can anyone recommend a good lettings agent. We have purchased a property off-plan in St. Vlas and will be looking to rent it out next season. However when I look at some of the lettings sites most of the apartments have high availability, some have no bookings at all.

You might do better asking the question on THIS forum. However the predictable lack of interest is a consequence of massive over development and lack of demand. Tourist numbers from the UK have taken a nose dive this year.
