we have heard so many storys while we were in spain this time .here are some things to look out for.going into a restuarant for a meal,paying your bill,then the waiter comes back with one of your larger notes and saying it is fake,in front of others you say sorry ,take the forged note off them and give them a different one,but ,what is happening is they are swapping your notes and giving you a fake.more often than not ,your notes are new from the bank or travel agents and the numbers run in order on the notes,so keep an eye on it.another thing thats going on is you,ll order a round of drinks,pay your bill,then order another round,later,then given the bill for the two rounds.you say you have paid for the first round,they ask for your receipt ,but you dont have it as ,when you payed for your first round ,the waiter would have taken it away.so keep your receipts,till you go ,as they threaten to call the police.it,s just some of the things to be aware of,it happens every where but when you are in another country you don,t want trouble.
