Hi We were there in September last year sand it was around 40 degrees most of the time. We mostly stayed around the pool areas and we just kept going in and out of the pool to cool down. We went an odd time down to the beach and it was a little cooler, but the water was warm. our hotel had sunbeds under shades if you preffered to lie in the shade and i expect most hotels will have them. At our hotel, the staff at the beach and pool came round with cold cloths and cold pieces of melon, also you could get a bottle of water and they put it in ice buckets for you. So although it is hot, there is lots you can do to keep cool. I lOVE the sun, so i was in my element. Sorry I havent stayed at that hotel (we stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel) but all the hotels in dubai are lovely. Have a nice time.
