Is there any ferry connection to Dieppe - it used to be Newhaven-Dieppe, because this is the quickest way to Rouen. You could also consider one of the longer crossings to Le Havre or Cherbourg and get a train connection from the arrival port to Rouen, thus saving you parking and one-way system hassle!
