Looking for May 07 already, 2 kids aged 10 and 7, oldest is autistic so looking for safe beach on greek island in an unspoilt resort. He loves snorkelling so clear waters a must and gently shelving beach too. Any suggestions for accomodation /resorts much appreciated.
Hate places with british Bars/ fish + chips etc. Like to get away from all that on holiday.

i would have to recomend pernera in cyprus. if you go on the cyprus forum you will find out how suitable it is for kids and safe snorkelling.

Try Samos great island loads of beaches to go snorkling off
Paxos - pebbly beaches but very safe!
St Pauls bay on Rhodes could be the ideal place. It's a small bay with limited space, easy to keep an eye on the kids, and clear water. Lindos would be the resort, but the bay is the smaller one that you can see from the top of the Acropolis.
Alternatively, there is Cyprus, with Sandy Beach near Ayia Napa having the same sort of layout.
