muck165,
Welcome onboard
As Wizard mentions, it depends on the airline policy and the restrictions imposed by their baggage handlers regarding the maximum bag size they will accept. You won't be permitted to take a single bag of 75kg, I doubt anyone could lift that! As Saga are a charter airline, they don't publicise their baggage regulations as they're often set by the chartering company. Who did you book with? I would ask whoever you booked with what their regulations are. They will often allow the pooling of luggage allowance, but you need to check with them. The maximum bag size will either be 23kg or 30kg, depending on the handling agent. I would agree with Wizard, if you get no joy, stick with 15kg per bag.

Cabin crew ok - but very limited ability with English which is a major concern. Food choices very limited and on the LGW to Bodrum they had sold most of the items and don't restock at Gatwick so best to take your own and its very expensive on board !!
However the major concern is in flight safety with the aircrew [ pilots smoking ] they light up once at cruising altitude and the smoke eventually enters the onboard air ventilation / circulation system so on a 4 hr flight its not good [ and this wasn't an isolated incident you could tell they had at least 3 ciggies [ and on both out and return flights !! ] I've taken this up with Saga .... but surprise surprise no response.
Oh and not to mention kids being taken into the cockpit when airborne by the crew!!
And if you hoped for any in flight entertainment [ if the above is not enough ] forget it. No music / No in flight films..... nothing.
A really basic and very poor quality service [ despite the assurances in their glossy website ] - that you should avoid if you possibly can.
Thomas Cook have also stopped the inflight entertainment i think it was to do with cost of broadcasting rights and to be honest i am not bothered, it saves the hostesses having to come round the plane selling earphones with which to listen to the film/music
i never see anyone on my flight crew smoking but if that keeps the pilot calm and collective i wouldn't care
