Which one? There are two San Stefanos, and both are very popular for different reasons.

The larger one, which I've passed through, but never stayed in, is on the north west coast.

There's also San Stefanos on the north-east coast, just south of Kassiopi, and with lovely views of Albania. It's become our family's favourite holiday destination over the last few years.

I've known a couple of people book the larger resort by mistake. Just to add to the confusion, either can be known as St, San, Ag or Aghios Stefanos.

If it is the larger Agios Stefanos (ie northwest) you will be able to get plenty of advice from regulars on the Agios Stefanos message board at http://www.agni.gr

The Agni site also has an Ag Stef (Nth East) board

Hi Jan
San Stefanos is relatively quiet but at the same time with plenty going on . The tavernas are all very good with plenty of choice for your meals. The beach is superb and very clean. It has the blue flag for cleanliness.

Where abouts in the village are you staying?

The locals here are great people and will spend time to talk to you even if they have never met you before.

Have a great time in San Stefanos
If you need any further help just ask and I will try to help. We have been going to San Stefanos now for the last 7 years as we love it so muchand will be back again in September
Regards,
Jules
