thanks for the reply, but as I didn't book with Med Hotels I don't think they will be able to help me. I actually booked with Alpharooms, but am concerned they won't pass my requests on to the hotel as that happened the last time we booked with them, so would like to contact the hotel directly to make a request. I know requests aren't guaranteed, but at least I would know they had received it if I did it myself.
