Yes I have been ill, at 'posher' hotels then this, but I can only relate my experience.
As far as the pool is concerned,it is small with few beds , but we don't use it as we go to the beach at Candolim and enjoy the food at Remy's Sea Side Shack.
Yes the restaurants are fantastic in Goa but this gives you extra choice for very little extra cost.
Nothing more to say why not just try it-if I see you there I'll buy you a drink, and Janefulton - sorry the drinks are free!!!!!!!!!
dont get me wrong, the hotel areas were spotless, the staff were great, its just when you have been to goa many times before and have had no trouble tummy wise and then a few of you get it it does kinda spoil things, thats why we personally would not go back there to that hotel. when we are in goa next year i will look you up and you can get me a bottle of kingfisher - or a vodka lime soda !!!!!! FREE or NOT !! hahaaha seriously i am glad you enjoy the hotel, there are so many people at that hotel that are repeat clients and they would not go anywhere else, saying that we do like to try different hotels and this website does give great information, different opinions and advice for both first time visitors and the regulars.
