Hi Jeffro, I've never had a scooter in Majorca, but had one in Benidorm and the hotels there let you keep them and charge them up in the reception area and they don't charge.

mobility scooter hire, check your hotel before you come to make sure it has disabled access a lot of people use hotel luz marina or alexandra d'or there is a company in can pastilla that hires scooters and do a delivery service to the hotel.
Most hotels are ok with scooters now, and you can charge them in the reception areas or baggage rooms if you cant get them to the room. any mobility hire company should be able to advise you
