Hi, we are staying at casa del mar in december and wondered if anyone has been scuba diving and if so what is the name of the diving centre based at th hotel.

I can't comment on the Casa Del Mar, but can vouch for the good diving around the Dom Rep. I've only dived in the Juan Dolio area on the south coast rather than the east, but the Dom Rep is very under-rated as a dive destination. i was at the cassa marina reef in oct 06 great diveing
If you check the thread on the IHD there was a lot of diving info from Scubaman and the Casa Del Mar was one of the hotels he stayed at.
