just wanted to know where we stood, my parents booked over 12 months in advance for 7 weeks accomdation at hotel in benidorm, 2 months before departure date recieved call tosay change of hotel. my parents were not happy but thay had paid over £300 extra for sea view at previos hotel, when asked on the phone if it still included a sea view the 2agent " flightline.co.uk said yes so they accepted, we then recieved further ducumetns sating new hotel and included a seas view. when arrived at cristal park no sea views in hotel. cut long story sent letter to flightline, who then passed the buck to youtravel who supplied then with hotel and you travel have offered £150 compensation . do you think i am in our rights to expect at least the full refund of the seas view. and what should my next step be ????

you should write back again with copies (keep the origionals) that showed you had a sea view booked and how much you paid for a sea view, and say you will accept no less than a full refund of the supplement paid fo a sea view as this was booked and not supplied.
we did send copies of all documents, the seas view was not broken down on our original invice ?
havnt you got anything that shows the amount you paid for a sea view?
no in as job lot on invoice , but when booked over phone they stated it wopuld be about £350 don't remeber exactly
