Hi there

I have been fortunate to go to sharm most of the months of the year. I go mainly November now. Whatever you decide to do it makes sense to get up early as sun is up but goes fairly quickly around 4 oclock. Good temperatures in the middle to high 80s, but after the sun goes down nov/dec you will possibly need a cardi or light jacket on some nights.

Everywhere you turn there will be trips to go on, its your call which one.
Cairo and Luxor is excellent for that time of year, have to get up early and leave to come back early evening, takes an hour by plane.
Alexandria trips, the mountains eg, eating with the locals and watching shows and looking at stars thru the telescopes etc, quad biking on different routes, you can go to Bethlehem/jordan etc if safe the reps or tourist guides will tell you on the day. Of course there are nile cruises as well. At night there is no shortage of clubs and drinks in the shisha cafes on offer in and around the bay.

That is a few trips and sights to start you off, i am sure more info will follow,

Have a lovely time.
