Have a look at this site - designer outlet just outside Palma

Enjoy!
Carmel
Left out of the bus station, continue down to the broad main road, cross to the Plaza Espania, walk across to the street (Pintura) that runs down towards the sea...lots of shops. Take lots of cash.
You will find more than enough to deplete your Amex Black card if you wander around the area from the river down Ave Jaime III. But really the whole of Palma is worth exploring: you'll discover many specialist shops and small boutiques wherever you are. Don't forget to (a) buy leather shoes - they are very good value here and (b) stop for a tapas every so often. Another correspondent mentioned Festival Park. It's OK for what it is but similar to any retail outlet or mall in that much of the stuff is of dubious quality and many items are 'clearance' i.e. old hat. Have fun!
Spent a week in Palma Nova in August. Me & my mum had a evening away from the kids (and husbands!) shopping in Palma. El Corte Ingles is a large, nice, department store. I bought a Gilet for 42 Euros (about £25), which was lovely and i think, very good value! There is also a huge Zara and a Hennes - no kids clothes in Hennes though - both cheaper than the UK. I think the main shopping road was called Avenida Jaimie III (or something like that!).
Festival Park has to be the biggest waste of time ever, full of non selling clearance lines, utter rubbish, Palma on the other hand takes a bit of exploring to come across the fine quality shops it has to offer, quite close to the El Corte Ingles there is a maze of narrow streets with excellent designer leather and clothes outlets, I kind of came across them by chance,so I've no idea the name of the streets etc.,I know there is a big fish and friut market nearby,so happy hunting!
Nr the bus station yes but designer shop, will be found if you cross over the plaza and walk down the walking streets to the left where there are a warren of shops.
