Until this year Ive always gone 3* in the red sea reorts, they are very customer orientated and 3* often feels more like 4*. I ve always have an amazing time at the hotels, theyve all been kept clean and the staff are very efficient. The only reason Im going 5* this year is because I got a good deal and figured that if 3* was that good then 5* must be amazing! The travel agent is just rtying to make more commission out of you!

We wee at the hotel in August of last year, had a great time, the Hotel is fine, there are of course better ones around but for the price we paid we were satisfied, the Hotel is managed extremely well and is kept spotless, if you dont like your room you can always ask for another, we were in a room beside the reception which was hand for the pool and restaurant, the location of the hotel is across a busy dual carriageway from the beach, about a 10minute walk from the centre of Naama Bay. breakfasts are good, you can have as much as you want with eggs fried or ommelettes made fresh for you, the chinese and pub attatched to the hotel serve good food at reasonable prices.
