We booked with Direct holidays.Iam not absolutely sure but most of the apartment blocks looked the same, the lower floor was smaller rooms and upper was mixed .We were at the top of the hill and there was almost always the bus waiting to take you up.if not it was a short wait.We did notice most families with young children were down the hill.
This hotel has now had name change to Corfu Panorama Hotel & Resort
I stayed here 3 years ago, we had a room on the ground just along by the pool, we actually requested a low room and got one, brillient, two bedroomed and there was 5 of us, both rooms had two beds in each and then a fold up bed was left for my son, which was so so comfortable it was untrue, plenty of room in the rooms though, dont know if its changed now, it probably has.
hi, seriously thinking of booking here for next July (2 adults and 2 kids) i have read elsewhere that some areas of hotel can be smokey due to Greece having no laws on smoking, im a bit concerned by this as my daughter is asthmatic. Could anyone confirm wether this is true and if the nightly entertainment is held outdoors in high season?
all i can say is Greece dose have some no smoking laws, not as stringent as the uk, most hotels, inside bars and Tavernas will operate one, there is no ban on any outside areas although some places may have a designated non smoking area ..but few and far between
Glynis, the link in your post doesn't seem to work for me so I wonder if the hotel has upgraded their website recently? I have tried looking on the web but nothing comes up directly for this place only through holiday sellers. Does anybody know if there is another way of contacting the hotel direct?
These are the details we have on our hotel review page:
I only wanted to be able to contact the hotel direct to ask about booking certain rooms. I know we don't travel until August but there is nothing wrong with being a bit organised is there? (even if it is a good few months in advance!)
Do as much research as you can, places to see, things to do etc...Even if you don't actually do anything from the list of things you find to do or see, at least you'll have some ideas with you...
I'm not sure what has happened to the hotels website but keep trying it as it could just be a server blip and they might not get it back on until after the new year.
Hope this helps
Van
Hmmm I did think that too Van, maybe it might be a blip on their site. Thanks anyway
