OOOo Blimey! Hope someone else out there in HT Land can help or advise me.

We have booked to go to the Sierra Sharm Resort on 28th June, less than 2 weeks to go and I see the latest review mentions that they are renovating the resort. So I phone our tour operator to find out whats going on and how it will affect us, and they mention that n top of the work mentioned in the latest review - they will be renovating one of the pools whilst we are there.

So I guess my questions are:

1. How many pools does the sierra have? I thought there was only 2 + the indoor pool. And I dont want to be traipsing over to the savoy every day with a 10 mth old and a 4 year old.

2. if the feedback from our Tour Operator is not what we want to hear - how do we go about getting them to change our hotel? Never had to do this before, and I hate doing that sort of thing (I tend to lose my rag a bit).

Any advice gratefully received. Getting all the info from our TO tomorrow.
