apparently theres a smoking ban in kerela,you cant even smoke on the beach or when walking about,its a 200rupee fine if you do.we are thinking of going back next week but it sounds worse than over here so probally wont go back now, im really dissapointed i love kerela,i can understand resturants but not the beach or walking
