There is a long list of rules and ifs and buts but basically if a bar or restaurant is over 100m of public space it can have a seperate area for smokers.
A bar or restaurant that is less can choose between being smoking or non smoking BUT the former is not allowed children in under 16 years of age.
Dont know about the clubs but would take an educated guess they will go "Smoking" ????
John.
