hi anna....I dont like anywhere too loud either....last year we stayed at the lago taurito , in playa taurito, gran caneria....and weve decided to go back again this year....go look at my report on the hotel reviews....its a nice chill out holiday with lots to do if you want to.....the location is good too...set in a ravine between pourta mogan and pourta rico.....only people staying in one of the 4/5 hotels built along the sides of the ravine there most of the time....but there is a cheap bus service to both mogan and pourta rico and we got taxi's to pourta rico and back for a night out and it was 11 euros each way last year....and you can get buses from them places to most of the rest of the island....mogan is lovely they call it little venice ....there is a brilliant market there every friday which is huge...I will put a few photos in the gallery but I took mostly video so not many....the Lago is the only hotel that gives unlimited free entry to the water park in the centre of the complex, and I found there AI brilliant, and plenty of sunbathing areas either round the pool or on a huge sunterrace for somewhere more peaceful...then there are areas in the water park which has a carrabean feel....we went for a week last year and are going for 2 this year....taking my son and his wife with us who are in their 30's and I know they will enjoy it....there will be me hubby and 2 of my other sons one in his 20's and the youngest who is 15...we all had a great time last year and the boys cant wait to go back...tweetie

just to update....Anna I only had one of the Lago Taurito that wasnt more family than scenery...so have uploaded it....if you go on google images and put in Lago taurito you will get plenty of pics of water park , hotel, rooms ect....I have loads that I got to show son and his wife but cant upload them as its not allowed...there are loads in the gallery of Mogan...so I just uploaded a couple...dont know how long it takes for the Mod who sorts the photos out to put mine on the gallery....but if the violin player is showing then they have been loaded....my photo is the only one of the Lago Taurito in the gallery...so when go this year will take more to put in the gallery...tweetie
