we have just returned from Majorda, its a small resort about 5km from colva, only one hotel the majorda beach resort, most people who go there do their own thing and stay in guest houses and are in the over 40 age group, there are many long term visitors. not any bars as such but enough restaurants to eat out at a differet one every night and lots more nearby. about six shacks on a brilliant beach with colva nearby which has some nightlife. you need to be careful were you go as many of the hotels in the area are very isolated.

I would stick with Cavelossim you have a bit of all you want there,we are staying in The Hatthi Mahal in
Dec after 2 weeks in Candolim
