hi, its been 2 yrs since ive been abroad but i know the euro is virtually pound for pound now. were thinking of going cala bona begining of sept, were not decided whether to go for 1 week or 10/11 nights but think it may end up been the 10/11 nights as its not too much more, but then means more spends! . im not fully decided what board basis to go, im looking at staying at the bonaire and at the moment im thinking self catering, unless anyone can reccomend anything diff where we would be better off.
so how much spending money do you think we would need for 2 adults and a 17 month old for say 11 nights sc? its the first time on hol with baby, but before we would spend most time around the pool, wander to the beach some days, have breakfast and lunch in, occcasionally have lunch out and eat out every night. a few drinks during the day an ice cream but not every day, and a few drinks at night not fussed about trips.
we budgeted 100 euro a day and had some left over at the end, but i usually like to make sure ive got enough when on hol, dont usually like to penny watch too much, like to relax and be able to have what we want within reason.
im not sure what our money situation will be as im going back to work from mat leave in 4 weeks and will have to pay chidcare and i dont know about these new taxes if theyve affected us and if we'd be entiteld to any help with childcare costs, but im thinking we wont have loads of spare cash like everyone i supose at the mo! roll on october when we can get a better mortgage rate! hope someone can help, thanks
you could make a few cobs up for lunch at breakfast the odd day or more.thats all you need if you have a good breaky.
Thanks were goin go into the travel agents when I get paid and look at the options and prices as the hotel offers all inclusive but shows no price for it on the Thompson we site
most hotels do it when you check in if you like.depends if your going to spend that much a day on drinks etc.gotta really weigh it up,is it for you.me no i can eat and drink cheaper than going a/i.
