This year & last I have found that on my return from holiday all my nails split. I've been to the same hotel both times & am now wondering if it could be exposure to chemicals in the swimming pool as it's never happened before.
While I'm away my nails grow very quickly due to sun/ vitamin D but unfortunately these benefits don't last

thats because the sun drys them out, try using handcream whilt away like the one I use nivea its an anti ageing one and its brilliant makes my nails grow quick plus keeps them strong..infact the sun makes them grow quick..

I don't bring hand cream on summer holidays 'cos I'm forever applying other lotions & body moisturisers.
Maybe that's part of the problem.
Have bought Nail Envy (costs an arm & a leg
) to try to remedy the problem this year.
