i keep seeing someone called "google desktop" on here, but cannot see who they are, as you cannot link to them.
there is another user called "***** bot", but again i cannot se who they are.
who are these people, and why cannot we see thier profiles?
they are Bots [computerised robotic programs] which scan web pages and send the results back to whomever they belong to, it is this information that appears on your screen when you use one of the search engines, usually we have about a dozen or so scanning the pages but they are hidden from view these must be new ones, i will point Van to this topic and he will hide them
