Summer 2010...Need ideas

Looking for a nice 2 week break for the first 2 weeks in July 2010.for me ,wife son aged 16 and daughter aged 13
Last year we done Jamaica negril beach resort and spa AI and we all loved it.(cost 10K!!!)
For 2010 we want the same type of holday.

AI
Plenty for kids to do (they like any sports including water sports)
Complex to be beach based
Night entertainment not too essential.
At least 4*
Flights from either Glasgow or Manchester
White sand, blue sky

Ideal location either the Carribean or maybe Goa!!

It depends how beach based/active you want to be, but if you fancy something different, take a look at the Adventure Company. I think they are part of TUI, but some of their packages look really interesting. They also have 'teens' weeks, so that you can be sure that your kids will have others of a similar age there. Exodus and Explore also do similar things. Might be a bit more active than you want, but I wouldn't have though the kids would be bored. Alternatively have a look at Mark Warner, not cheap, but they look good as well.

Just though of something else- look at cruising, it seems to suit 'teens' down to the ground as there is so much for them to do. Just bear in mind summer isn't necessarily the best time for the caribbean with it being hurricane season
