I Went To The Sun Palace A Couple Of Years Ago, I Didnt Like It At All.
There Was No Entertainment, The Food Was Ok, And It Was Quiet.
I Prefer The Esperides Beach Hotel (In Kalathia), Much Better, Louder, AMAZING Write Back

Hi we've been to Esperides twice before. I dont know about loud but it is a fantastic hotel and would be my first choice, as it has all the facilities needed for a fantastic family holiday and is a great base for exploring Rhodes, but my teenage son prefers Sunpalace as it is nearer Falaraki and I am happier for him to go into Falaraki when he doesnt have so far to return. When we went to Sunpalace in 2006 they did have entertainment done by the animation team, and again daytime things by the animation team, but obviously not on the same scale. Both have good points, but again it is personal preference and what you do to make your holiday

I am looking forward to my holiday.We make our own entertainment, which Iam sure might bore others as it consists of getting out and about meeting people and seeing the beautiful places Rhodes has to offer and generally just chilling out. As I said before each of us do what suits us on holiday and we choose hotels that suits our needs. I know you will have a great holiday at Esperides and in Rhodes.

Is anyone going to this hotel in the near future (next few weeks) we are going in July and just wanted to found out more infor on the 5 bedded rooms.

Yes thanks have read members reports, but am enquirying if anyone has been this year yet, as I am trying to find out if the rooms for 5 people have been modernised yet, and also where abouts these rooms are on the complex (hotel)

Hi Lee B. See you there, 12 of us going on the 16 to the 31. There are a couple of new reviews of the hotel on the Hotel Review page, seems like all the refurbishing has been finished. Looking forward to it.

When arranging to meet someone you have chatted to on the forums, remember that you are dealing with a complete stranger. Don't exchange too many personal details online, such as home address or phone number. Use the site's private message system instead. It's never too late to cancel arrangements, if you have any last minute doubts. Just send a private message explaining that you have changed your mind.

Never go alone to the first few meetings and don't be tempted to divulge too much personal detail straight away. Wait until you get to know the person a little better, if indeed you do want to get to know them any better. If you feel in any way uncomfortable at any time and wish you hadn't made such plans, offer polite excuses and leave.

Could anyone give me any info on the sun palace trying to find out if need to take towels and what the rooms are like for families of 5. Would be grateful for any other info that you would seem to be helpful thanks

hi guys, any one been here recently, just wondering what the beach is like near the hotel, sandy, stoney, shallow water, ??? any info welcome, + any info regarding the hotel, ie food quality, + so on

Your post was merged for a good reason, now, if you didn't like that reason, you could do two things. a. pm Luci and ask her politely why and if it would be possible to return it to its own topic or b. pm a member of admin and request the same thing.

I have never once seen any member of our team be rude to you, so why would you think its OK to be rude to them.

I suggest if you don't like the way this forum is run, you pick your toys up and take them elsewhere. We do not work as hard as we do to create and keep this forum running to take abuse like that.
