I've been keeping an eye on the current weather in Ibiza and it seems much cooler than it was whenI last visited April/May 1995.
That visit it was just nice for me (pale skin and blonde..) even though I still managed to get burned on one very cloudy cool seeming day!
We are due to fly out on 7th May for 2 weeks but at the moment according to the weather pages it is in the 60's which seems to cool to me to be swimming in the pool and sea like we did last time
My OH tells me not to worry as 65f here feels much cooler due to the constand wind and lack of sunshine and he feels it will be fine.
I don't like it too hot - last June in Corfu I was wilting and had to use factor 30 suncream constanly as with my normal factor 20 I burned on the first day but I love messing around in the sea and as really looking forward to it this year.
Has anybody been there in these weather conditions and have any reassurance for me?
OTOH I picked up my tickets from Thompsons last week and the cashier said that she went to our hotel last year and it was so nice she is going again this summer so it must be as good as the reviews here

Well next week it says 22 - 25 degrees which is lovely!
Thank you so much Chivas69 where did you find that out? I've been keeping my eye on http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/08373.html where it says between 16 and 22 degrees for next week.
Now I'm off to buy myself a new swimming cossie

The end of the week has changed slightly!
I've been to Ibiza and majorca at the begining of May and both times the weather was great. We did have a couple of days of rain but within half an hour of it stopping the sun was out drying it all up and after another hour you wouldn't have even known it'd rained!
