Hi KKlala! Santa POnsa is in full swing in September. Things start shutting down towards the end of October and then reopen at the beginning of December. As far as money is concerned Majorca is still one of the cheapest destinations. It depends on how many of you are going, for how long and are you intending cooking or eating out?
Glad to hear that thank you! Well there are three of us going for a week and we will prob eat out every night i can't see us cooking! But mybe getting in some bread for sandwiches and juice in the morning etc, were goinna try and cut down on eating out four times a day. Glad it is still in full swing considering were very early twenties. Is there any good boat trips we might enjoy during the day (not booze cruise) were thinking its a good way to top up the tan, you know the way some times theres stuff like dolphin watching and snorkling.
Around £300 should do it just make sure there's a little something left in the bank account and take a card for emergencies. If you walk towards the end of the beach away from the Irish quarter and turn left there's a large supermarket which is reasonable. There's also quite a reasonable one at the top of the hill in the square. I'm sorry I don't know of any trips as we went DIY. Palma is an hour on the bus if you fancy some shopping for a change.
im over in september as well.... looking forward to it, been going ove since 1999 and lived out there for 3 summers so will good to catch up with mates! you have a great time... bit quieter this time of year but perfect for having a good laugh with mates and everyone else there... workers and tourists!!! have a good one!
