Thanks!
The one I had my email returned from was 'sunbehtl@logos.cy.net'.
I have just used the 'reservations@sunrise.com.cy' one - finegrs crossed!
I emailed the hotel about prices, no responce so I emailed again, no responce.
They are actually shut at the moment, so I don't think they have as much access to email at the moment as they would normally do, so that may be the reason.

Thanks for the info, I didnt realise they closed in the winter and that explains why it took so long for a response!
I have just booked up for this hotel for august this year having seen the wonderful pictures and read the great reviews on this site. Am really looking forward to going. One thing i'm a little concerned about having read another review site was someones experience of their stay. They mentioned that side sea view rooms that weren't at the beach side can be very noisy at night. I have booked a side-sea view room but it doesnt specify which side at. Was wondering if anyone had any experience of this....how noisy are we talking? I don;t mind a bit of noise within reason. Anyway....won't let it get to me...still cant wait...the hotel looks fab!!!!!!!
where staying there too stayed there last year noise not bad at all pubs have to keep noise down or they get fined, most noisy side is none sea view rooms these closest to noisy bars(getto bar), besides everything starts to wind down after midnight. we are giong june 25th when you going it's a great hotel you won't be dissapointed
Going in August and to say im excited is an understatement. Dying to go back to protaras. Is the pool as amazing as it looks in the picture? The whole place just looks lovely
you've set me off wishing i was there now.
Its been 4 years since I was last at protaras....do you know if the japanese restaurant is still there?
ther is a new sqare with a japanese restaurant think this was new last year did not see any other other members might know.
The only noise we could hear was if on the balcony, certainly when the doors were shut there was no problem sleeping. Don't let it worry you at all, was fantastic.
The only Japanese I saw was in Eden Square, but that is fairly newish. Do you know whereabouts it was? If not, I can highly recommend Sapporo Japanese in Ayia Napa, fab night.

Thanks for that......I thought it might be the case. Not worried about a wee bit of noise as long as when the door is shut at night when we get in its not going to stop us sleeping. Roll on August
Never had any trouble sleeping, and you will definitely need the doors to the balcony shut anyway so the aircon will work
Wa in protaras 4 years ago and loved it...stayed in the Kapetanios bay hotel so thought this would be a bit more plush...anywhere you can recommend for eating out/drinking?
Island Affair was really good too (out of Sunrise, turn left, past Rockerfellers on the same side) - really nice steaks!
Perla Blu we liked for something a bit different, I had kangaroo steak there last time. Sometimes we wanted something easy (like sausages, chips and beans ) and Porky's was good for that.
I'll PM you some other stuff.

Anyone stayed there before? What did u think?
Booked this hotel cos I fancied a bit of luxury in Protaras(have been before but stayed in the Kapetanios Bay which was nice enough but this hotel looks fab)
What are the rooms like?
Any info appreciated
Thanks
