Hi denham, thought all the rooms there had air conditioning ? they all have ceiling fans which we use more than the aircon when staying there and thats in hot March/April - rates were 250rps per day.

Looks like all 36 rooms have a/c.

Hi all thanks for your help. Got email back from sunset beach today, air conditioning is 400 rupees per night and 100 rupees per day for a fridge. When our friends phoned travel firm on teletex they said only rooms without air conditioning was left and it would cost them £5.00 each per night extra for it. So it looks like it is cheaper to email the sunset beach and book it themselves. Has anyone stayed in the cheaper rooms and are they nice ?. We have paid extra for the upgraded rooms but if the cheaper ones are ok we might book them in future. Thanks Denham
