I see that Bingo Airways are a Polish airline they have A320 planes and do lease one of them to Syphax , apparently the have a sense of humour that's why they called themselves BIngo , I wonder if that means the plane has bingo wings ? It might be fun !!

Hallelulia :tup I'm off to find out where exactly they fly from in the UK. We definitely need more competition on this route. Now that BA has suspended (cancelled) their LGW/Tunis flights we're left at the mercy of TC and Thomsons who appear to be taking full advantage by putting up their prices or, alternatively, flying from LHR with Tunisair.

I've flown with this airline 3 times over the last year from Charles de Gaulle and have never experienced any problems . I will say they don't take debit cards so have some euros handy and don't sell or serve alcohol

I'm sure most of us will be perfectly happy to go without alcohol for a few hours if we can get decent flight prices.

The flights are reasonable I'm flying next week for £120.00 . Eurostar to Paris £60.00 it cuts out travel from enfidha and at the moment much cheaper than Thomas cook with their added luggage charges .

They also seem to fly direct from Gatwick to Enfidha, as I looked on BBC Text Travel recently and there was a flight into LGW with the prefix SYX which I imagine is them.

I may have got it wrong but the code was something like that which made me think it weas Syphax.

They are indeed Jean. I found the scrap of paper I'd written the flight number down on earlier today and it was flight SYA 6442 into Gatwick at 09.40. I think it was yesterday, but I've got so many scraps of paper with things written down on them. I can't find a timetable on line except from Paris to Tunisia so I've contacted them.

The holiday packages using them from Newcastle are a lot cheaper than Thomas Cook so may give them a try in November. :tup
I know what you mean about bits of paper as I am surrounded by them. :rofl :rofl

I'm sure Newcastle is a delightful place but it's not really viable for me to fly from there. Stansted is my favourite airport but if the price is better Gatwick is OK and the flight I saw was into Gatwick South Terminal. Obviously Enfidha or Monastir is best for me in Tunisia but Tunis isn't a problem as a return transfer to Sousse is only just over £17. I got the standard computerised reply to my query, saying they would be in contact, so when (if) I hear further I'll pass on any news.

Does this mean you'll be back in November Jean? I doubt I'll be back until about May at least unfortunately. :(
