I presume the limousine service will just be like the one they had at Don Muang which you could book as soon as you got out of arrivals...I never bothered with taxis any way.

Yeah, they'll still be the Limo service into Bangkok . . . for a reported 1200 baht. (About the same price as a regular taxi to Pattaya will cost.)

But if I was earning Euros/Pounds/Dollars etc and on a 2 week holiday then I'd be straight into the Merc and on my way to the Sheraton, with a smile on my face as I cruise past a convoy of overcrowed buses taking fellow tourists to the taxi ranks way out in no-mans land.

I been the last couple of years and always pre-booked my taxi's on line a bit of a saving from booking direct in the airport. I think in the Airport to Pattaya they like to charge about 2000bht , the deal on the net is about 1700, fun trying to fit 2 adults and a child and all associated bags into the car they send though.
Too easy this way which is what you want after travelling 20hrs +, this new set up at the new Airport is certainly not traveller friendly

Ive arranged transfers through my tour operator for someone to meet me at the airport, I wonder if that actually means at the airport or at this transportation centre. No doubt it will all be sorted by the time Im going to Thailand.
