GREAT NEWS !!!! I thought i would let you all know the good news i have been given my balance back from my bank that tenlanz refused to give me...I thought i would never see this £4000 again as it was taken of our debit card and was told we would probably not get it back ....i am over the moon !!!!! no more sleepless nights and worries....tenlanz have called me...Very snotty phone calls telling me i have lost my balance and that i will never get it back.. but i just tell them that i am not advised to speak to them as my solicitor is now dealing with it and to contact them from now on..they have not rang me recentley...
I would like to thank Firstly my bank as they have been so great with their advice and help also Euroconsumer , and the excellent advise from everyone who has given me advise on this forum THANKYOU SO MUCH...
There is help out there please use it even if you think you will never get it back....
