i am just sorting out some information with euro consumer, which consumer advice have just given me, i think we can say goodbye to our deposit but am now worried they will take balance with card details which were taken when deposit was left...I am so sorry you have lost yours too, i just hope people dont get caught into this trap any longer, it has been the worst holiday and experience of feeling such a fool we have ever been through, i feel ashamed that we let ourselves suckered into this,
I have just spoke to club class who thought we were already members was told dates that we wanted were unavailable, the cruise we had won we would have to get to florida ourselves or through them but pay extra, extra nights would not be in the same resort so would have to find alternativea ccomadation so would have to move again for any extra days but they would find a timeshare apartment or hotel that would cost alot more...we were told we would pay no more than £350 a week but club class were stating if available we would look at £200 but in timeshared apartments were sales reps would be at the hotels ...and if hotels upto £490 a week which is a lot dearer than told a tenlanz how misleading is this company..please stay away is my advice..uk number for club class is also in costa del sol spain so be aware....will keep in touch of any developments..let me know if you are in the same boat would love to hear...
